We deliver in Barnstable, Centerville, Cotuit, Hyannis, Marstons Mills, Mashpee, Osterville, Sandwich, Falmouth and beyond. Full list with delivery rates here.
For your convenience, we offer two delivery windows:
- Morning Delivery: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Afternoon Delivery: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
We provide hand-to-hand delivery to ensure your flowers arrive safely and in perfect condition. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the arrangement at the front porch or a secure location if it is safe to do so. If there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers, we will contact the sender to reschedule the delivery.
Once the delivery is completed, the sender will receive a text message or email with a delivery confirmation.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with quality of our flowers or the arrangement was somehow damaged during delivery process, she/he should contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery. We will do whatever it takes to make it right. We will try to resolve this issue and find the solution, which may include replacement of the original arrangement, gift card or partial/full refund.
If for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the flowers, for example if it was sent anonymously, the refund will not be issued.
All cancellations must be made a day prior to delivery date. If the order is canceled on the day of delivery, cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. For all order’s changes please contact us directly by calling or texting us.

Flower care tips
Tip #1.
Trim using sharp scissors at least a half inch of stem off your
flowers before you put them in a vase and each time you change the water.
Tip #2.
Keep your flowers away from heat and bright light.
Avoid sitting your flowers beside ripening fruit or vegetables. Especially bananas and apples.
Tip #3.
Replenish the water frequently. Change the water entirely
every 2 days. Don't forget about flower food!
Tip #4.
After you throw out your last arrangement, be sure to
wash the vase very thoroughly in hot soapy water or better yet, in your dishwasher.
