At Floral Esthetics, we are proud to offer our exceptional floral services throughout Cape Cod, delivering to all towns except Provincetown, Wellfleet, Truro, and Eastham. Our dedicated team ensures that your floral arrangements arrive fresh and on time, adding beauty to your special moments across the Cape.

Delivery Policy

For your convenience, we offer two delivery windows:

  • Morning Delivery: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Afternoon Delivery: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

We provide hand-to-hand delivery to ensure your flowers arrive safely and in perfect condition. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the arrangement at the front porch or a secure location if it is safe to do so. If there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers, we will contact the sender to reschedule the delivery.

Once the delivery is completed, the sender will receive a text message or email with a delivery confirmation.

Important Notice:

We are committed to making our customers happy by delivering high-quality flowers. However, please note that flowers are perishable and can be easily damaged, especially in extreme weather conditions (very hot or cold temperatures). Even when securely packaged, they cannot remain in certain environments for extended periods.

Therefore, we kindly request that the sender ensures the recipient will be at the specified location during the chosen delivery window.

1. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do! We offer same-day delivery for our beautiful floral arrangements. To place a same-day delivery order, please call us or text at 508-776-6888

2. Can I request a specific delivery time?

While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times within the delivery window, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Please include any special requests in the “delivery instructions” section during checkout.

3. What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, we will leave the arrangement at a safe location such as the front porch if it is safe to do so. If there is nowhere secure to leave the flowers, we will contact the sender to reschedule delivery.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using the Shop app by Shopify or through Shop Pay. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a link to track your shipment in real-time. The Shop app provides updates on your order status, including preparation, dispatch, and delivery.

5. Will I receive a photo of my floral arrangement before delivery?

Absolutely! We send a photo of your completed floral arrangement to the email address or phone number associated with your order before it goes out for delivery. This way, you can see the beautiful bouquet you’ve ordered.
