    Most flowers are sold in standard bunches:

    • Roses - 25 stems per pack
    • Spray roses & most flowers - 10 stems per pack
    • Hydrangeas - sold per stem

1. When will I get it?

We source flowers early each week.

Most orders are prepared for the next available pickup window, typically within 3–5 days.

If you have a specific date, include it in your message.

2. What exactly am I buying?

You’re purchasing full bunches of fresh, florist-quality flowers, not finished arrangements. Vases, ribbon, and design are not included.

3. Is this wholesale pricing?

These are wholesale-style bunches, available to the public.

We are not a trade-only wholesaler.

Our pricing reflects sourcing, conditioning, and preparation - while still offering more value than retail bouquets.

4. What if a flower is unavailable?

Flowers are seasonal and have a complex supply chain.

If a variety is unavailable, we will substitute with a comparable stem in the same color and quality range.

5. How long will the flowers last?

With proper care, most flowers last 5 - 7 days.

Keep them:

  • In clean buckets
  • With fresh water
  • In a cool space
  • Out of direct sun

We include basic care instructions with every order.

If an issue appears within 24 hours, send us photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or credit when appropriate.
