Refund policy


Our top priority is to completely satisfy our customers. Without any doubts we guarantee that our client will receive top quality fresh flowers and excellent delivery service.

Our customers also will receive the arrangement picture before delivery, so this way we can make sure if she/he likes it and change something in case there is something customer doesn’t like.

However there are some situations that out of our control. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with quality of our flowers or the arrangement was somehow damaged during delivery process, she/he should contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery. We will do whatever it takes to make it right. We will try to resolve this issue and find the solution, which may include replacement of the original arrangement, gift card or partial/full refund.

If for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the flowers, for example if it was sent anonymously, the refund will not be issued.

All cancellations must be made a day prior to delivery date. If the order is canceled on the day of delivery, cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. For all order’s changes please contact us directly by calling or texting us.
