Delivery info

For your convenience we offer 2 delivery windows (9am-2pm and 2pm-6pm). We do hand to hand delivery, but if nobody answers we will leave an arrangement at front porch or near if it is safe to do so. If there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers, we will call sender to re-arrange delivery. Once delivery is done the sender will receive a text message or e-mail with delivery confirmation.

It's very important for us to make our customers happy and deliver them high quality flowers, but we all know that flowers are perishable and can be damaged very easily. Even if they packed very secure, they can't stay long in certain weather conditions (etc very hot or low temperatures). So we would really appreciate if the sender ensures that recipient will be at the location at the time frame of the delivery.

Refund policy

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with quality of our flowers or the arrangement was somehow damaged during delivery process, she/he should contact us directly within 24 hours of delivery. We will do whatever it takes to make it right. We will try to resolve this issue and find the solution, which may include replacement of the original arrangement, gift card or partial/full refund.

If for any reason the recipient refuses to accept the flowers, for example if it was sent anonymously, the refund will not be issued.

All cancellations must be made a day prior to delivery date. If the order is canceled on the day of delivery, cancellation fee of 50% will be applied. For all order’s changes please contact us directly by calling or texting us.

Flower care tips

Tip #1.
Trim using sharp scissors at least a half inch of stem off your
flowers before you put them in a vase and each time you
change the water.
Tip #2.
Keep your flowers away from heat and bright light.
Avoid sitting your flowers beside ripening fruit or vegetables.
especially bananas and apples.
Tip #3.
Replenish the water frequently. Change the water entirely
every 2 days.
Don't forget about flower food!
Tip #4.
After you throw out your last arrangement, be sure to
wash the vase very thoroughly in hot soapy water or
better yet, in your dishwasher.
